Security Deposit - €500.00 (Fully Refundable)
Period of Occupancy: 38 weeks (T.B.A)
Single Room -
€77.00 per week
Please note limited availability
Single En-suite - €86.00 per week
Twin Room (2 sharing) - €59.00 per person sharing (per week)
Twin En-suite - €65.00 per person sharing (per week)
All above rates are multiplied by 38 weeks (full Academic year) and divided by 9 months (Sept to May) to give you a monthly average.
Utilities
€12.00 per student per week of which €10.00 goes towards electricity, the remainder goes towards refuse collection & broadband.
Security / Damage
At the end of the Academic year, each apartment will receive a thorough inspection.
Security deposit will be refunded within 4 weeks of the last date of your contract on the basis that the facilities and the utensils are left in the condition in which they were received.
Deductions will be made in the event of damage or breakage.
